Most meaningful contribution as a volunteer:
My most meaningful contribution is being able to highlight the amazing accomplishments of the ISRHML trainees.

Why do you volunteer at ISRHML:
I volunteer because I am moved by ISRHML and the TIG's values and objectives and I believe contributing as a volunteer will improve the society landscape and dissemination of research excellence in lactation.

What do you like about volunteering at ISRHML:
I love the opportunity to meet and network with other professionals and scientists in the field of lactation.

What do you do when you are not volunteering:
When not volunteering, I spend a lot of time with my family and friends, exploring cuisine and dessert culture, and working out at the gym.

What we might be surprised to know about you:
I am a professional organist!

How do you keep balance in your life:
I practice self-care skincare on Sundays. I also do not work work on the weekends and prioritize down time during the week.

What are you currently watching or reading:
I am reading These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong.
