Why do you volunteer at ISRHML:
I enjoy giving back to this community of researchers & getting to work with other trainees that I would otherwise not collaborate with

What do you like about volunteering at ISRHML:
It is a diverse group at the cutting edge of milk science. My fellow volunteers are highly motivated scientists & fantastic to work with.

What do you do when you are not volunteering:
I am a PhD student at the University of Manitoba & also the Vice President of the Trainee Career Development group at my institute

How do you keep balance in your life:
I try to keep a very consistent schedule with my 'on' and 'off' work hours. I also schedule in fun activities that I treat like important meetings that can not be skipped!
